Return & Exchange
- Singapore Cheongsam strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for our customers. That's why shipping and exchanges are a cinch.
Standard-size items
- We know you'll love your cheongsam, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, we'd like to provide you with the exchange service. We accept exchanges up to 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. Cheongsams must be in a new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact.
Return or Exchange Steps
- Make sure all tags and Labels are available;
- Email us and request an exchange, our staff will reply to you within 1-3 business days.
- We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.
- Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the date received by us. We ask for your patience and understanding as additional delays may occur.
- Please note: that all sales and promotional cheongsams are not eligible for a refund.
If You Suspect Your Merchandise Is Incorrect / Damaged
If you have received incorrect or damaged merchandise, please contact Customer Care within 7 days so we can replace or take back the incorrect item(s) for a full refund.
If You Suspect Your Merchandise Is Missing
Please contact Customer Care within 7 days of the posted delivery date so that we can contact our delivery partners to open an investigation.
